Epoxy COATINGS
Epoxy coatings are suitable for a wide range of systems for both corrosion and abrasion applications, including tank and pipelining, above and below water concrete, flooring, hygienic coatings for hospitals, healthcare facilities, swimming pools, bathrooms, kitchens, and food preparation areas. It is hard-wearing, chemical and acid resistant, abrasion resistant, adhesive, easy-to-clean, and attractive.
Epoxy Novolac Coatings
Epoxy Novolac coatings are two-component coatings designed for severely corrosive environments such as interiors of pipelines, steel water tanks, chemical holding tanks, oil and fuel tanks, above and below water concrete, steel. It is particularly excellent for marine applications.
Polyurea Coatings
Polyurea coatings are plural component coatings with unprecedented impact, tear, and abrasion resistance. Polyurea offers exceptional protection from abrasion and corrosion damage. Coating And Lining Application Methods
Brush and Roller
Brush and roller is the simplest method of applying a coating, but skill is necessary to ensure consistent coverage. Dry brushing is always a concern with fast-drying products.
Conventional Spray
Air is used to transfer the coating from the pot and atomize it as it exits the gun. Provides operators with flexibility in material application and is an excellent method for coating small, complex shapes.
Airless Spray
Airless Spray is an excellent system for applying coatings to larger areas evenly and consistently. Operator skill and knowledge are critical for a quality outcome, as with all methods.

Quantacoat Floor Coatings
