High-Density Polyurethane Foam (3.5 lb)

This high-density polyurethane foam is used for lifting and leveling concrete slabs. Its high density provides the necessary strength and stability to support heavy loads, making it ideal for repairing sunken driveways, sidewalks, and other concrete surfaces. The foam is injected beneath the concrete, where it expands and hardens, raising the slab to its original position. This method is quick, cost-effective, and minimally invasive compared to traditional concrete repair techniques.

Technical Data:

  • Density: 3.5 lb/ft³
  • Compressive Strength: 25 psi
  • Tensile Strength: 60 psi
  • Closed Cell Content: 92%
  • Water Vapor Transmission: 0.8 perms at 1 inch

Medium-Density Polyurethane Foam (2.5 lb)

Similar to the high-density foam, this medium-density polyurethane foam is used for lifting and leveling concrete surfaces. It offers a balance of strength and flexibility, making it suitable for a variety of lifting and leveling projects. The foam expands to fill voids and stabilize the concrete, providing a durable and long-lasting repair solution.

Technical Data:

  • Density: 2.5 lb/ft³
  • Compressive Strength: 23 psi
  • Tensile Strength: 32 psi
  • Closed Cell Content: 90%
  • Water Vapor Transmission: 1.6 perms at 1 inch

Structural Polyurethane Lining

This high-build, fast-curing polyurethane lining is used for structural rehabilitation and corrosion protection. It is commonly applied to manholes, large-diameter pipes, and other critical underground assets. The lining enhances the structural integrity of these assets and provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, extending their service life and reducing maintenance costs.
